All Auction's listed will be charged 6% Michigan Sales Tax EXCEPT for vehicles. Vehicle sales will pay the 6% Michigan Sales Tax at the Secretary of State.


ALL AUCTION ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITH IN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION!!

*ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITH IN THE 5 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE RE-LISTED FOR AUCTION AND THE BIDDERS ACCOUNT WILL BE DEACTIVATED.


Descriptions are believed to be accurate, the seller makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, relating to the items being auction and will not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Buyers shall not be entitled to recession, damages, or any other remedy on account of the quality of the property listed for sale in the announcement or by a faulty description. Winning bidder is solely responsible for the loading of items. No loading equipment or assistance provided.

Tax Exempt Customers:

You are required to submit a Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, Form 3372 for each purchase in order to buy any item Tax Exempt. Click here to download form . A copy of your sales tax license will not be accepted. If we are not presented a signed copy of the form, you will not be considered Tax Exempt for any purchase. The successful bidder is responsible for including the appropriate sales tax in their Cashiers Check or Money Order at time of pick-up.
